Implementation
The new facility features 6 production lines with associated finishing departments (centrifugation and drying) plus full plant utilities sizing.
The standard production line consists of 3 synthesis reactors with 1 precipitator, complete with glass vapour development.
A temperature control system engineered by us, using primary plant fluids and – via a secondary loop on the jacket with a bypass – achieving precise regulation on both jacket and product.
Reactor configurations with condensing units, hydraulic seal and reflux and condensate collection branches.
Engineering of the automation system and operating logics based on a DCS platform with dedicated remote I/O for individual units and plant utility management.
