Implementation
Synthesis is carried out step by step with manual management. The reactor is equipped with a thermostatting jacket and a filter septum to retain the resins.
The agitation system has been optimised in a mixed impeller/double-screw configuration to blend turbulence at the filter plane with vertical mixing.
The reactor is constructed from borosilicate glass parts and PFA-coated steel parts. To complete the reaction system, an automation and operating parameter management system is integrated.
